I have attended a lot of seminars, workshops, online courses to last me a life time. What I really missed during my attendances, was the gripping enthusiasm of trainers, engaging and relatable content that was actually practicable and most of all gained knowledge and insights that would be long-lasting.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years – in some of the most well-known prestigious establishments in the world – I am also a mother to two children, so I have gained my fair share of hands-on experience.
